Meet the Hollywood Kittens – Cat Woman, Elizabeth Taylor, James Dean, Jetsetter, and Mighty Mouse. These five kittens were found on a ranch that was recently sold in Temecula. When they were approximately five days old their mother did not return and the ranch caretaker decided to find an animal rescue. They were then briefly cared for by an animal sanctuary until coming to our cat rescue. Their estimated birthday is April 28th. We received them on June 6th when they were about 5 weeks old.
Cat Woman is a black short hair female. She is quite spunky and easygoing. She holds her own in sparring with her siblings, but is quick to transition to her mellow, sweet purring self when not being challenged. This beauty takes great pride in grooming herself and her siblings.
Elizabeth Taylor is a black & white short hair female. She likes to compete with James Dean for the spotlight. A quick study, she is fast on her feet and does not like to be outshined. She likes to be in the middle of everything but will seek adventure elsewhere if it suits her fancy.
James Dean is a Siamese colored short hair male. He is the leader of the pack and can be quite vocal when he wants your attention. He makes his own rules and is determined to win over new acquaintances, even if it is a grown cat or dog.
Jetsetter is a gray and white tabby short hair female. She loves affection and seeks being close when she wants to nap. She is quite lively, assertive, and confident. Jettsetter’s independence is evident and she will explore as much as permitted.
Mighty Mouse is a black and white short hair male. He is the smallest of his siblings and reserved at first. He loves playing with his siblings’ tails while they wrestle with one another. To indulge him when tired, wrap him lightly in a warm blanket and let him fall asleep on your chest.
We are posting the kitten in advance of them being ready for adoption so as to find and pre-approve potential adopters. Our kittens are not be available for adoption until they reach about 2.5-3 pounds which happens at about 10-12 weeks. At this time, the kittens will undergo a spay and neuter operation. It can be done younger; however, we have found waiting a few extra weeks gives a better lifetime of health to the cat so the kitten has more time to develop physically. The extra weight is helpful too in coping with potential anesthesia side effects after surgery. Please be patient with us 🙂
These kittens being fostered in a private home by our cat rescue. We are a rescue and not a shelter, so we do not have a facility. The kittens will not be available to meet until an adoption event at PetSmart in Temecula. We are unable to bring any unsterilized animals to the adoption event per PetSmart policies, but we will have updates on our cats posted on our blog, Facebook, and our newsletter.

At the adoption event, there will be an interview to discuss whether you understand and are willing to take on the responsibilities involved with owning a cat. The first qualified person interested in an animal will be able to adopt the feline(s). If people have indicated interest in advance, we will go through that list of names first before adopting to anyone who is present at the event.
